Michael Sheyahshe

Founder | Technologist

Michael is an enrolled member of the Caddo Nation & founded aNm in 2005. His book, "Native Americans in Comic Books", is available from McFarland publications. He has two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in Film & a another in Native American Studies, & a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in from the Academy of Arts University.

Mary is a former English teacher and writer. Her poetry has been published both online and in New Plains Review. She received a Bachelor of English Education degree and a Master's degree in Human Relations. She has many years of experience in the federal government sector. Mary provides expert oversight in aNm's documentation as well as professional proofreading.

Project Manager | Instructional Designer

Kara has over 20 years of professional experience in graphic design, writing, proposal writing, and training and instructional systems design. Kara has worked as a graphic designer, technical writer, proposal writer and instructional systems designer as well as designed and developed both Instructor-led and web-based trainings on topics ranging from air traffic control and aircraft maintenance systems, to surveillance and border protection. Her experience includes training task analyses; job task analyses; training gap analyses; course design, development, evaluation, eLMS maintenance, and facilitation.

Project Manager

Elizabeth Mosman is a project management and digital asset professional with extensive experience leading large-scale archival, digitization, and workflow operations for libraries, museums, and cultural institutions. She has managed staff, volunteers, and projects involving more than 1 million digital assets, supporting clients and projects including HBO, National Geographic, Smithsonian, Getty Images, CNN, and Pearson Education. Her expertise includes project coordination, workflow optimization, metadata systems, digital preservation, and stakeholder relations.

Programmer | Developer

Shahla has extensive experience in elearning, web-based training, design, and multimedia programming. Her experience includes course development of Instructor-led (ILT), Computer-based (CBI), and Web-based (WBT) instruction. Knowledge includes JavaScript, HTML, Lectora Inspire, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, VideoScribe, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Audition.
